One Winter Evening : DeodarOnline

I was tired of rising up in tears,

I can’t put to bed, these fears.

New to this grief, unexplained,

Not a stranger to heartache and pain.

Fire inside me is burning me alive,

I fathom to let it burn than to leave and let it die.

Am I a silhouette, asking every now and then,

Will it be over? Will I ever feel better again?

A silhouette, hunting lost treasures on my own,

The more I try, the more I'm alone.

So, I watch the winter sun to lead me home,

So sick of the past, trapped in my scone.

THE RECLUSE MARINER : DEODARONLINE

SAILING AT NAINITAL

WITH THE HAUL OF BREEZE,

I STAND,

 UN-FREQUENTED.

WITH THE MAST, RISING AND FALLING.

WARM SUN AROUND ME,

WILD WATER UNDER ME,

SCREAMING, CALLING AND ASKING.

WHY DO I LOOK FOR A PLACE TO REST?

WHEN I MIGHT SAIL TO A CALMER HEAVEN,

OR, SAIL PAST THE WOODS THROUGH AVON.

GAZING THROUGH THE SKY OF STARS,

INTO THE PERIL OF EMPTINESS.

FEELING THE THRILL OF PASSING AIR,

ON THE PATH OF PIOUSNESS.
